Selangor U18 will start the second round of the 2024 Piala Belia as the top team of Group A with 18 points accumulated from eight matches, six wins and two losses.

The Red Giants under-18 squad has been drawn in Group A with Negeri Sembilan FC, Kelantan FA, Singa Muda Perlis, Kelantan Darul Naim FC, Sri Pahang FC, Kuala Lumpur City FC, Sabah FC and Melaka FA.

This season, the group stage competition uses a two-round league format and will conclude in August before the start of the Malaysia Games (Sukma) 2024. The top four teams in each group will qualify for the quarter-finals. The Semi-Finals and Finals stage will be held over two legs and will take place in September and October.

As for now, the Selangor U18 squad has managed to score 19 goals. Aiman ??Amsyar is the team's top scorer so far with seven goals. Followed by Hatif Irfan with three goals. Then, Nabil Fitri, Harith Danish and Ryan Hammad with two goals. Meanwhile, Abrisham Fazdir, Hafifi Muhtadee and Muayyad Daud each scored one goal.

Out of those 19 goals, the Red Giants U18 squad has moved ahead with a difference of 13 goals and five points from the team in second place. In addition, four players namely Aiman ??Amsyar (vs. NSE and PER), Nabil Fitri (vs. SRI PAHANG FC), Ryan Hammad (vs. MELAKA FA), and Syahmi Zufayri (vs. SABAH FC) were crowned as the best players of the match.
